How to Get Started
1. Schedule Your Appointment
Call or text our office.
2. Complete Your Physical Exam
One of our providers will perform your immigration medical examination.
3. Lab Orders
We'll provide the required laboratory orders for your testing.
4. Vaccines
If additional vaccines are required, we'll review your records and send prescriptions or refer you to a pharmacy.
5. Receive Your Completed Forms
Once all required lab results and vaccine documentation are received, we'll complete and seal your USCIS paperwork.
What to Bring
Please bring:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Valid Passport
- Vaccination records
What's Included
Your $300 Immigration Medical Exam includes:
- Complete physical examination
- Completion of USCIS Form I-693
- Review of your vaccination history
- Laboratory orders for required USCIS testing
- Vaccine recommendations
- Prescriptions or referrals for any required vaccines
- Sealed USCIS paperwork upon completion of all requirements
Please note: Laboratory testing and vaccine costs are not included in the exam fee and are paid separately to the laboratory or pharmacy.
