Our office offers medical marijuana visits for qualifying patients. Please note that his service is considered an out of pocket expense and we do not accept insurance for these services. Please look at our pricing list below for further information.

What to bring to your appointment: 

• Medical Marijuana Card (can be current or expired)
• Medical Record from specialist stating need for medial marijuana
• Current Driver's License or ID
• Social Security Card (strictly for identity verification)
